One of the nicest things about vacationing at a resort is the proximity and availability of savory amenities—especially dining that features a menu and bar that has something for everyone.

As a resident of Park Central, you won’t need to visit a resort; get back out onto I-4; or even hop in your car, if you’re looking for good food. Instead, you can walk out your back door to Splash Bistro: our on-site restaurant. Splash Bistro is pool-side and lakeside where our motto is, “You chill while we grill.”

Yes, you can have it all! If it’s chicken wings you’re craving or Gyros, Wraps, Phillies, Flat Breads, or Burgers. There are food and drink with a varied menu to suit every appetite.

Featuring freshly made appetizers, gourmet salads, and Mediterranean dishes like humus and olives, our residents’ healthy lifestyles are complimented while their varied appetites are satisfied.

And if you’re just in the mood for a savory snack, there are many mouthwatering appetizers from which to choose: House Fries; Sweet Potato Fries; Mozzarella Sticks; Chicken Tenders & Fries; Habanero (5) and Pablano Cheese (5) Poppers; Hummus, Gyro & Pita; Cheese Quesadilla; Chicken Quesadilla; Chips & Fresh Cilantro Salsa; Arabian Platter-(4) Falafel, Hummus, Pita & Olives.

But for those moments of weakness, (when only the best desert could lure you off your diet), Splash Bistro serves Black Cherry & Ricotta Cheese Cake and Chocolate Lava Cake with ice cream on the side.

Surrounded by water, Splash’s pool-side Bistro transports you back to vacation-mode with its Mediterranean feel. With two patios, separated by the refreshing pool and overlooking the lake, you’ll feel far away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando traffic. Yet you’ll be close to your own back door.

From there, you may walk to the pool, and take your book or your laptop (we have poolside Wi-Fi); select from among an ample wine or craft beer selection; and wind down under our covered patio.

But if you’re in the mood to socialize, there are plenty of opportunities at Park Central’s community bar and grill where the Splash Bistro servers and bartenders will remember your name as well as your favorite drink. And if you’re feeling especially social, Splash Bistro is a great place to meet your neighbors.

If you like interactive socializing, community events and games are posted on our calendar and in the Park Central blog. Live music and pool parties, featuring food and drink specials, are available most weekends at Splash Bistro where residents can interact while playing Beer Pong or Texas Hold ‘Em.

Catering options also are available, so you can book an event at Splash; host your own poolside party (reservation required); have it catered; and never need to travel beyond the comforts of your own resort lifestyle at Park Central.
